Our Story

The First Step Group has been at the forefront of Opiate Replacement Therapy (ORT) in Canada. We were one of the first dedicated methadone clinics and dispensing pharmacies in Ontario.

We trace our involvement back to 1992, giving us over 25 years of experience.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals who have expertise in treating patients who abuse or become dependent on prescription or street narcotics
